Dr. J. Vincent Taylor DC, MS, MBA, Dipl. Acup. (IACA), CFMP

Dr. Vince Taylor was born in Indiana. Growing up, he participated in cross-country, basketball, baseball, and track. In high school he decided to concentrate on running. He went on to be a two sport collegiate athlete competing in cross-county and track. Later in his collegiate career, he focused on the decathlon where he was all conference and team captain. 

Dr. Taylor received his bachelor’s degree in Human Biology at the University of Indianapolis. He went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration degree at the University of Indianapolis.

Dr. Taylor attended Logan College of Chiropractic where he graduated with Summa Cum Lauda honors. He earned his Masters of Sports Rehabilitation degree at Logan University while enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program. While at Chiropractic school, he tutored students in gross anatomy, spinal anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, fundamentals of diagnostic imaging, and physical diagnosis. It has always been rewarding to Dr. Taylor to teach and help others learn.

For two trimesters, he was the president of Chi Rho Sigma, a non-for-profit organization promoting the chiropractic profession. He was an assistant track and field coach at Parkway West High School for two seasons coaching hurdles and pole vault while attending Chiropractic school. Currently, Dr. Taylor serves on the Board of Directors for the Health Science Academy in the Montgomery County School System.

Dr. Taylor is passionate in helping individuals reach their full potential by means of chiropractic care, dry needling, acupuncture, and functional medicine.

Dr. Taylor is married to Dr. Erin Taylor. They have has a daughter named Lydia and a son named Logan.  They enjoy running, biking, hiking, and camping.

Dr. Erin Taylor - Taylor Spine and Sports RehabilitationErin was born in Indiana where she was very active throughout high school competing in volleyball, basketball, and track and field. Walks on the beach, spending time with her daughter and husband, and boating are among her favorite pass-time activities. 

Erin attended the University of Indianapolis for her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Erin enjoys the variety of orthopedic conditions she sees in an outpatient setting but also has a strong interest in individuals with amputations and spinal cord injuries. Her interest in these specialty areas began with an excellent internship experience at the Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis.

LaVada Paige Thaxton LMT

Taylor Spine's Paige Thaxton - Chiropractor - Clarksveille, TNPaige is a Tennessee native.  She grew up on a horse farm where she has always been active in outdoor actives such as horseback riding, camping, canoeing, and skiing. She played softball in high school. Paige loves going on walks with her daughter and spending time with her family.

Paige attended Miller-Motte Technical College for her degree as a Massage Therapist. She is looking forward to getting to know her clients and helping them regain function, reduce stress, and feel relaxed with their bodies. Her focus is on Swedish Massage, Sport Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage.  Paige's main goal is to help her clients receive optimal soft tissue function to be able to enjoy everyday activities such as going for a walk or competing in an athletic event.

Tonia St. Louis - Office Manager

Tonia St. Louis - Office Manager - Taylor Spine & Sports RehabilitationTonia was born in Phoenix, AZ and was raised in Colorado & Southern CA.  She has degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.  Being a dedicated military spouse brought her to Clarksville in 2001.  She loves the military families of this community and is honored to call the Fort Campbell community home. Her family is dedicated to a healthier lifestyle that includes a clean diet, exercise and chiropractic care, along with being loving servants of LifePoint Church.  She is passionate about sharing the importance of the holistic approach to healing that Taylor Spine and Sports Rehabilitation offers their patients. Her goal is to provide the best possible customer service to this thriving family business.  

She has two grown children, Michael and Taylor Ray.  Tonia and her husband enjoy starting each day walking their two puppies, Oliver and Masie May. Quality time with their grandchildren fills their weekends with fun and adventure.  Although not a baseball fan, she has found herself married into the Red Sox nation and enjoys traveling to a different stadium each year to watch them play.  She looks forward to Spring, in anticipation of watching her husband play old man softball.
